Our Story

Vuelve a la Vida Seafood was created with a simple mission: to share Mexican-style seafood with our community, prepared with quality, creativity, and—most importantly—a lot of heart.

The beginning wasn’t easy. Our concept was different, and many people had never experienced our flavors before. So we let the food speak for itself.

We offered samples and, sometimes, even entire dishes just to give people the opportunity to taste what we were creating. One customer at a time, one recommendation after another, people began discovering Vuelve a la Vida.

Five years later, in 2021, that persistence opened the door to our next chapter: Botanas Vuelve a la Vida.

Botanas began with something special of its own—our homemade ice cream, made by us with ingredients kept as natural as possible. Then came fresh fruit, Mexican fruit drinks, popsicles, elotes and more. With the support of our customers, seafood and hot dishes eventually became part of the concept as well.

What started small continued to grow, but the purpose remained the same: keep creating, keep improving, and never lose the flavors and roots that brought us here.

On August 23, 2025, another dream became reality with the opening of Vuelve a la Vida Seafood Restaurant. It was the result of years of work, learning, sacrifice, perseverance, and love for what we do.

Today, Vuelve a la Vida has three different concepts: our original Food Truck, Botanas Vuelve a la Vida, and Vuelve a la Vida Seafood Restaurant. Each offers its own experience, but they all share the same essence: Mexican-style seafood, creativity, quality, our Latin roots, and the family atmosphere that has been part of Vuelve a la Vida from the beginning.
